The Canapa Lagoon is a beautiful water mirror of a greeny tint surrounded by Andean flora and it is possible to observe some flamingoes, wild vicunas and some Andean geese.
Canapa has an approximate surface area of 1.42 square kilometers and its located at 4140 m.a.s.l.
Canapa Lagoon is surrounded by three volcanoes: Caquena, Tapaquillcha and Canapa.
